Game support
Something not working? Start with the steps below, or get in touch with a description of the problem.
Contact supportTry these first
- Save if the game is responding. Wait for any save or sync in progress to finish before closing it.
- Reload or reopen once. In a browser, use the normal reload button. In the app, close and reopen the game. If it still won’t load, restart your device.
- Check for updates. Follow the instructions for your platform below, and make sure you have a working internet connection for sign-in and syncing.
Protect your progress: Don’t clear browser storage, delete app data, or uninstall the game to troubleshoot a missing save. These actions can remove progress stored on your device. Contact support first.
Support FAQ
Loading problems and updating the game
Web browser: Reload the page normally first. If the game is still showing an older version, save and close all game tabs, then reopen it in the same browser and profile. Keep your browser up to date. Avoid private browsing for progress you want to keep.
iPhone or iPad: Open the App Store on your device, check your available app updates, and update Ice Coast Revival if an update is offered. Reopen the game afterward.
Android: Open Google Play, go to Manage apps & device, and check for an Ice Coast Revival update. Reopen the game afterward.
Steam: Close the game and check Downloads in Steam. Let any pending update finish before launching again.
If the screen stays blank or loading never finishes, note what you see and contact support. A screenshot helps.
Missing progress or a save that won’t load
Stop playing that save for now so you don’t overwrite progress you want to recover. Keep the original device and browser data intact.
Check that you’re using the same account and, for browser play, the same browser and profile as before. If you play on more than one device, avoid making further changes on either device until the issue is understood.
Tell support when the save last worked, which mountain you were playing, and whether the problem started after an update, sign-in, or device change. Recovery depends on what data is still available.
Playing on another device
Use the same Ice Coast Revival account on mobile and web to access your purchases. Inside the Steam game, open Account and sign in to that same account. Steam ownership links automatically and opens The Region on mobile and web. Complex on mobile and web requires Pro.
Before switching devices, choose Save now and wait for Saved online. On the other device, sign in and load that cloud save. If you played offline, reconnect and save first. A copy saved only on this device is not yet ready to load elsewhere.
Controls and available features can differ by platform and installed version. Check the platform notes in the Mountain Manual before looking for a new feature.
Last chair or no game days left
New free players start with 21 game days. At local midnight, 14 more become available, up to a bank of 28. A game day is one operating day on your mountain. The bank belongs to your account or device; starting another career does not refill it.
The Region and Pro remove that limit. Some older players are also uncapped. The Night skiing option at Last chair extends free play for 24 real hours; it does not install lights on your mountain.
You can wait for the refill and keep your progress. Read the free-play field notes for more.
Sign-in or access problems
Check your internet connection and confirm you’re using the account you used previously. If you’re waiting for a sign-in email, check spam or junk and use the newest message.
If the game isn’t recognizing access you already have, tell support which platform you use and what the game displays. Don’t make another purchase to try to fix it.
Never send your password, sign-in code, or payment-card details.
Crashes, slow performance, or a game bug
Save if possible, close other demanding apps or extra browser tabs, and restart the game. If your device is hot, let it cool before trying again.
If the issue repeats, note the action that triggers it, the mountain and in-game day, and any error text. Describe what you expected and what actually happened.
Send feedback from the game
Desktop: Press Esc to open the Menu, choose Help, then Send feedback.
Mobile: Tap the menu in the upper-left corner, choose Help, then Send feedback.
Describe the issue and submit the form. If the game won’t open or you can’t reach the menu, use the support email below instead.
Account deletion
While signed in, open the game’s Menu, choose Account, then select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Read the account-deletion instructions for the grace period, what is removed, and how to request deletion by email if you can’t sign in.
Account deletion is not a troubleshooting step for a missing save.
