Start at Boston Hill with room for a lift and a lot of work ahead. Build up the base, open more terrain, and watch skiers find their way around the mountain.

Build the mountain

Put in a T-bar or chairlift, clear terrain, and add places to eat, rent gear, and take lessons. Name your favorite runs, or let the skiers find their own way down.

Choose how much to manage

Build the Mountain (Simple) leaves daily operations to your crew. Build and Run the Mountain (Complex) puts you in charge of staffing, snowmaking, maintenance, and more. Switch whenever you like.

Get to know your skiers

A beginner needs a different day out than an expert. Follow individual skiers as they pick runs, wait for lifts, stop for lunch, and decide whether to come back.

Bring another hill back

Choose a founder and reopen lost ski areas across New England. When you move to another hill, a caretaker crew keeps the others running in the background.
